Our team will be available before, during, and after the event to assist in any way possible to ensure a flawless campaign. There is NO CHARGE for support during the scheduled periods – simply join the meeting and ask away!!

Donor Helpdesk

(New for 2022) Our experts and support agents will be available to assist donors with online contributions all day, November 29. If you encounter any bugs, errors, or difficulties making a donation to any US-based nonprofit organization, we’ll do everything we can to help you help the organizations that make an impact in our communities.

If your organization has an internal support team, we will graciously accept any overflow you incur on November 29. Simply forward inquiries (with a warm transfer, please) to [email protected]
