We’re excited to once again offer assistance to area nonprofit organizations this holiday season, kicking things off with our Giving Tuesday Toolbox – a collection of resources from our partners and industry leaders. Enjoy a collage of assets from GivingTuesday.org, Canva, Pixabay, and more! Plus, step-by-step workbooks and guides for campaigns and appeals no matter your mission.
Designed especially for our customers, but also anyone else who uses it, we’re hosting two crash-course-style refresher sessions to review the important components of GiveWP: payment gateways, recurring donations, fee recovery, and email notifications. We’ll take a look at these features you definitely should be using, providing a high-level overview and in-depth Q&As.
We will also be available and on-call to support you through any technical troubles as donors find their way to your site November 27-29. This year, the Giving Tuesday Helpdesk will be available through video call and now live chat as well!
