Who We Are
Smashstar Media is a team of motivated graduates who provide website, social media, and tech support to local businesses and nonprofits. Our mission is to provide consulting and support services that are both personal and impactful, all at the fraction of the price the big guys charge – we’re looking at you GoDaddy!
What We Do
We provide website design, management, and hosting services, as well as social media branding and general tech support. We’ll look at your web hosting bill to suggest ways to cut costs, we’ll bundle your email, domain, and website to save even more, and we’ll manage all of it for you so you can focus on the important work that you do. And yes, we’re happy to help with tech troubles, too – no one likes when computers act up, and we’re ready to support you when needed!
How We Can Help YOU
A few months ago, we started offering our “Web Audit” service, where we dive deep into your website, online business listings, and social media accounts to find ways to boost traffic and better engage your visitors. We also address your email system, web hosting, and other digital accounts (anything you’re willing to share) to suggest ways you can save money and consolidate accounts. Oh, did I mention this was free? This service is 100% FREE to all participants of the MWNN Nonprofit Bootcamp, as well as any 501c3 organization in the MetroWest area!
